This rogue geneticist, originally a baron of the small Baltic nation of Malevacchia, is wanted in 13 countries for the damage done by his creations. From geneticaly engineering dinosaurs, to cloning experiments, to the creation of genetic virii, von Rorvik will go to any length in his pursuit of the genetic secret of improving mankind.
Some of his experiments have done just that, as far as strength and speed go. But at the cost of intability, both mental and physical, and usually coupled with extremes of agression that seem to be part of von Rorvik's idea of Human Perfection.
